此生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)，全部自動(dòng)一體化控制，全不銹鋼制造，清洗*，可連續化作業(yè)，處理量大，節水節能，省人省力。適用于中央廚房，團膳，蔬菜等農產(chǎn)品加工廠(chǎng)，大型企業(yè)，*，機關(guān)，學(xué)校食堂等。此生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)將前道整理去雜等工序切割完畢的蔬菜通過(guò)強力鼓泡，渦流清洗，水流沖浪，翻轉等清洗方式后，出產(chǎn)的蔬菜更清脆，鮮度更好，保存期更長(cháng)，然后將帶有水的蔬菜振動(dòng)脫水后，即可裝框使用?？煞譃?/span>Ⅰ型中小型生鮮蔬菜加工線(xiàn)和Ⅱ型生鮮蔬菜加工線(xiàn)。

the army, the machine, the school canteen. This 
production line will be before finishing cleaning 
process is completed by the strong bubble, eddy 
current, water surfing, flip and other cleaning 
methods, production of vegetables more crisp,
fresh degree better retention period is longer, 
and then with water the vegetables dehydration 
can be framing. This production line can be 
divided into type I in small fresh vegetable 
processing Line and type II large fresh vegetable 
processing line.

It is our specific designed machine for washing 
vegetables.

Ⅰ型中小型生鮮蔬菜加工線(xiàn)：

四工位分切---FC-305/FC-301對功能切菜機---WA-1000清洗去雜機（1臺或2臺）---振動(dòng)瀝水機（產(chǎn)量：500-800kg/h）

Ⅱ型生鮮蔬菜加工線(xiàn)：

GD-586滾刀式切菜機---提升機---WA-1000清洗去雜機（1臺或2臺）---振動(dòng)瀝水機（產(chǎn)量：2000-5000kg/h）
